🏢 1. Sponsor

This drawing is sponsored by Free Movies Online ("Sponsor"), an independently operated website. The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of this drawing and the awarding of prizes. This drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any of the streaming services listed on this website, nor with any movie theatre, studio, or entertainment company.

✅ 2. Eligibility

This drawing is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

This drawing is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants are responsible for determining whether they are eligible to participate under the laws of their jurisdiction.

🆓 3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or subscription of any kind is necessary to enter or win this drawing. Making a purchase or payment will not improve your chances of winning. The drawing is open to all eligible entrants who complete the free entry form on the home page of this website.

📅 4. Entry Period

The drawing is held on a monthly basis. Each monthly drawing period begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the first (1st) day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of that same calendar month ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside of an active Entry Period will not be eligible for that month's drawing. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, or suspend any Entry Period at its sole discretion.

📝 5. How to Enter

To enter, visit the home page of this website at the drawing entry form section, complete all required fields (first name, last name, and valid email address), check the consent box, and click the "Enter the Drawing!" button to submit your entry. All entries must be submitted electronically through the official entry form on this website. Entries submitted by any other means (mail, fax, telephone, etc.) will not be accepted.

Entrants must provide a valid, functioning email address. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or otherwise not received due to technical failures, human error, or any other reason.

🔢 6. Entry Limit

Limit: one (1) entry per person, per email address, per monthly Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address within the same Entry Period will be disqualified. Use of automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to submit entries is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it believes has attempted to circumvent the entry limit.

🎬 7. Prize Description

The total ARV of all prizes awarded in any twelve (12) month period shall not exceed $360.00 USD. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each monthly Entry Period.

🎲 8. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during each monthly Entry Period by random drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative on or about the first (1st) business day following the close of each Entry Period. The random selection process is final and binding, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

📧 9. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

The Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered, delayed, or misdirected notification emails. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is valid and that notification emails are not filtered as spam.

🏆 10. Claiming the Prize

To claim the prize, the potential winner must confirm their eligibility and provide a valid mailing address or other information as required by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of being notified. Failure to complete and return required documentation within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The prize will be delivered to the winner by mail, email, or other electronic means within thirty (30) days of the winner's confirmed eligibility.

📣 11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or permission. Winners will not be required to provide their full name, photograph, or other identifying information for public promotional use without their explicit written consent.

⚖️ 12. Limitation of Liability

By entering this drawing, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the drawing or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorised human intervention in the drawing; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the drawing or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the drawing or receipt of any prize.

📋 13. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this drawing in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the drawing, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or who acts in a disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

🏛️ 14. Disputes

Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this drawing, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this drawing, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this drawing, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
